If your product is defective in anyway please call us for a replacement and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Defective goods will be replaced for the first 14 days. After 14 days you will have to return it to the manufacturer. The shipment expenses for returning an item are to be paid for by the customer. However, we will pay the shipping of the replacement product.

Non-defective returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to making a return.

You cannot return a defective good for a refund, only a replacement. All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, and documentation. Warranty card completed will void the return.
